Job ad: Trainers sought for Free Movement immigration law courses

We are looking to recruit one or more consultant trainers to deliver our introductory and advanced four-week immigration and asylum law courses. We started delivering these in 2023 and they have proven to be very popular. Each one has sold out so far, in fact, so we’re planning to run them more frequently in 2025.

Each course lasts four weeks and consists of twice-weekly online seminars held between 4pm and 5.30pm. The group size is capped at 10 places. We provide detailed workbooks, materials and worked examples and trainers will use our lesson plans and have support and guidance from our team.

We are offering trainers a rate of £1,000 to deliver each four-week course.

The courses themselves follow the OISC syllabus, but they are also suitable for anyone seeking to learn immigration law or improve their knowledge. We are looking to recruit trainers to deliver an introduction to immigration law (OISC level 1) and advanced immigration and asylum law (OISC level 2). You can see the course contents here:

We’ll be renaming these courses in the new year given that the OISC is “rebranding” as the Immigration Advice Authority.

In order to be able to deliver this syllabus effectively, trainers will therefore need to have a proven, detailed and also wide knowledge of immigration and asylum law as well as experience of delivering training and tuition. We are looking for reliable, genuine experts who are able to maintain the high standards we set.
