This position provides operational leadership for our Third-Party Logistics distribution providers for fountain equipment. This role will work with key members of our networked organization and our third-party providers to ensure that operational goals and service levels are met or exceeded.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Manage third party logistics provider metrics using historical data, current information, and metrics targets to optimize performance.
- Collaborate on performance of inbound inventory providers using applicable performance metrics to ensure quality, service, efficiency, and delivery to specifications as set forth in agreements.
- Review and update warehouse operational processes with a focus on operational accuracy and efficiency, and cost containment.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance and increase the efficiency of logistics operations.
- Build consensus and drive alignment amongst key stakeholders in support of supply chain and logistics initiatives and programs (sourcing, implementation, compliance).
- Inspect facility to assure adherence to safety and operating policies using Company policies and procedures.
- Support Inventory Control Functions by ensuring that all activities are performed to meet requirements.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics provider to evaluate current operating IT, hardware, and network infrastructure and develop recommendations for future enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or another related field.
- 5+ years of Warehouse Supervisory/Management experience in a high-volume, complex supply chain environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements from action plans derived from robust data analysis
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain financials and supply chain dynamics
- Well refined understanding of continuous improvement concepts and principles
Base Salary:Â $106,300 to $130,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
